Meadow Lark Jigsaw (1,000 Piece)
£25.00

Piece together an exquisite reproduction of John James Audubon’s Meadow Lark, Plate 136, from his celebrated work The Birds of America.

The Birds of America was produced by John James Audubon (1785–1851) between 1827 and 1838. The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow holds two volumes containing the first 200 hand-coloured etchings, aquatints and engravings. This image of the Meadow Lark is reproduced from that collection and from the original hand-coloured intaglio print, capturing the intricate detail of Audubon’s artwork.

This 1,000-piece jigsaw brings Audubon’s detailed artwork to life, offering a rewarding challenge for puzzle enthusiasts and an enchanting way to appreciate this historic collection. Once completed, the puzzle measures 50 × 66 cm. A full-image poster is included inside to help with assembly, along with a cloth storage bag for keeping the pieces together when not in use.
